Multi-day leadership programs designed for alignment, recognition, and momentum. 14 years producing the events where reputations get built and strategies get set.
Most offsites fall into one of two traps. Either they're hotel ballroom conference theater — all breakouts and lanyards — or they're luxury vacation with a keynote. Neither one produces the outcomes the people paying for it actually want.
We produce a third kind. Offsites that feel like designed experiences, not corporate obligations. Programs where the setting, the food, the flow, and the agenda are all working on the same goal — whatever that goal is for your team.
8–15 people, 2–3 days. A leadership team getting on the same page about strategy for the next 12 months. Typically triggered by a change — new board member, new CFO, new product line, a pivot.
What we design for: a room small enough that no one can hide. A facilitator who can handle conflict without letting it escalate. Meals that keep the conversation moving, not meals that interrupt it. Space for the hard conversations to happen informally — fire pits, long walks, late-night bars — because that's where the real alignment actually gets done.
25–60 people. Leadership team plus the next layer down. Goal: align the broader leadership bench with the strategy the exec team already set.
What we design for: Real exposure to the exec team, not just on-stage presentations. Facilitated breakouts (not self-organized). A social program that cuts across org lines — seating charts matter more than the keynote. A final morning that feels less like checkout and more like a send-off.
50–300 people. Top performers, board events, major client hospitality. 3–4 days. Goal: recognition, retention, cultural reset.
What we design for: A destination that feels earned, not generic. Specific, not "luxury resort." Experiences that get talked about for a year — not generic catered receptions. Private access to things money normally can't buy.
CEOs, C-suite executives, boards, and executive teams running events where the outcome matters more than the cost. Typical engagements fall between $75K and $1M+. If your primary concern is checking a box, we’re not the right fit. If it’s making sure the room delivers, we are.
Tell us about the event. We’ll tell you if we’re the right fit, and what the shape of the engagement looks like.
