An event planner coordinates logistics. An event producer owns the outcome. White glove event production is the difference between a night that “went smoothly” and a night that your CEO, board, or top clients are still talking about six months later.

This is the tier we use for events where the cost of a sub-optimal outcome is significantly greater than the cost of getting it right the first time.

What white glove means, operationally.

What this is not.

This is not wedding planning. This is not coordinating a 5K charity fun run. This is not running the annual company picnic. If any of those things sound like your event, we’re going to politely point you to planners who are genuinely good at exactly those things — they’re not us.

The events we take on.

Engagement reality.

White glove engagements typically fall $150K–$1M+ depending on scope, guest count, venue complexity, and experience depth. Timeline is usually 3–6 months from kickoff to event date. Shorter windows are possible but compress creative development.

We take on a maximum of 8–10 white glove engagements per year to maintain the quality the tier implies. Booking tends to be 3–9 months out.
