event planning

If you’re looking to create the best relationship with your event planning – activation agency; the #1 key ingredient is trust. The clients that we work with on a regular basis trust that we will be great stewards of their brand and their budget. We aren’t a team that wants to add a lot of unnecessary fluff – we are always digging deeper to find ways to connect the client with their guests and the broader attendees/fanbase in a meaningful, genuine, and unique way.

Case in point; our activation last week at the Formula1 race in Miami. As one of the founding sponsors of this brand new race, our client, Gainbridge was provided multiple locations to activate trackside. We started with a Paddock Club suite design that was intended to help put them on the map. Most of the other suites were recognizable brand names — Mercedes, Red Bull, J.P. Morgan; Gainbridge is still a relatively young brand and we considered this their ‘coming out party’. Check out their hashtag #GainbridgeRacing to get a deeper glimpse of the corporate event.

In addition to their Paddock Club, where their top executives hosted VIP’s; we also had a very large piece of real estate at the North Campus, which included an incredibly popular shade structure, equipped with custom branded Gainbridge corn hole and puzzle towers. Not far from the shade structure was our F1 replica car live action ‘Graffiti Car’. We had 2 artists at the track daily who decorated and tagged the car throughout the weekend.

Plus a dedicated Gainbridge Start/Finish lounge tent with air conditioning a private bar, both lounge and table furniture, and catering throughout the day. We also had a Start/Finish open air suite, directly overlooking the track and finish line.

“Corporate Event Planning… The devil really is in the details”

Many of the elements we incorporated into the weekend were not exceedingly pricey — we knew that Gainbridge’s involvement with F1 Miami to begin with would come with a fairly hefty price. We aimed to reinforce the Gainbridge brand in multiple ways in order to interest race attendees to want to learn more. Because we work so well with this client, the ideas flowed consistently throughout development of the activation all the way through to the nit/nat details. Custom branded napkins, bottled water, yard games, cookies, mints – all enhanced the experience for our client & their guests because the devil really is in the details. And those details are what take a standard experience and make it superlative.
