Please join us next Tuesday, July 16th, as we celebrate the wonders of the ever enchanting Absinthe. Our dinner this month is a collaborative effort with La Clandestine Absinthe, handcrafted in the birthplace of Absinthe, Couvet, Switzerland. We are co-hosting this event with La Clandestine’s Global Brand Director, Allan Moss who will be here from Switzerland to talk to us about the elixir and it’s pairings.

Our chef this month is Gerard Maras, who has been in New Orleans since 1981 working for the Brennan family at a number of their local restaurants before opening his own restaurant, Gerard’s in 1998. Chef Maras is a teaching chef at the New Orleans Cooking Experience where we will be hosting this event.[one_fourth]
