Anyone who loves New Orleans funk most certainly has heard him – he’s a founding member of The Meters, and a mainstay on the New Orleans music scene. I’ve been lucky enough to see George play for years now, and his love for music is so obvious that his joy is infectious. I highly recommend making a point to see him play live.
