Interesting to see the evolution of a small business started by a few friends from Tulane as it grew to take over the late night shows at Jazz Fest, then on to Bonnaroo, then to Outside Lands. Clearly, maturity is catching up with them as they’re now embarking on a festival that focuses on food with music as the accompaniment.
